Delegates Dietary Needs

Dear Committee;

I have been contacted by a delegate regarding dietary needs. Would you discuss and
organise a subcommittee to manage this?ie; choosing menus etc; If we need to contact delegates-
eg; to ask how many are vegetarian etc; could you please organise this as a central email out
through me.

I am more than happy to help with this as I am one of the ones with special dietary needs, so I have some understanding of this.
Don't know what has been arranged so far, but am willing to help.
